I made a Smaug scarf for my friend for Christmas and she really seems to like it! :D (YAY! Christmas Success!!)
I’m thinking about making more of these to sell in my etsy shop, but I’m not sure I can make another one exactly like it because I was just making it up as I knitted. Ah well! I’m so glad it turned out and that Smaug the Scarf has a such a nice person to take care of him.
If I get a lot of requests to do more, I might just give it another try! :)
My Etsy shop is getting some updates for the upcoming release of the new Hobbit movie! (I’MSOEXCITED) And in that excitement, I’ve been crafting again! I’ve made few new items, plus brought back a few old favorites that had been all bought up from before.
If you happen to be into hand-made hobbit jewelry and would like to take a look at what’s available, just follow the link below!
Thanks so much and I hope you enjoy my work!
Did a doodle of Thranduil and Legolas in the nursery. Decided I liked it. Made it a sticker.
And here’s my favorite new addition to my shop! Smaug and the Arkenstone on a ring! These take a while to make, but are worth it! The Arkenstone even faintly glows in the dark! I love wearing this around. If you’re interested in getting one for yourself, check out my Etsy store’s link! :)
A new version of the Hobbit house is now up in my shop! I added a flower garden around it, more detailed walls/windows, and a lantern that glows in the dark! And now Bilbo comes with his ring and his contract.
The second Hobbit-themed addition to my shop! A Legolas inspired necklace with a silver leaf, arrow, and a hand drawn map on tea-stained paper!
Check out the page for more info!
As soon as I saw the preview for the next Hobbit movie, I got super excited and started making some new Middle-Earth themed items for my shop. Here’s the first of those new items, a hobbit door hair clip!
Etsy Shop update!
Mother Owl and Egg bottle necklace!
Etsy shop update!
A Virus in a bottle! (bacteriophage, specifically!)
Speed paint exercise. Two hours to make a sexy elf. I need to do more of these. They’re good for me.
Q:You art so well. It's beautiful and I am so glad that it makes you so happy. I have no inclination towards the visual arts, so amazing artwork always reduces me to speechlessness. You go, go art.
Thanks so much! I always appreciate encouragement! (It really helps me get my work done!) :)
Q:you make beautiful art!
